Indiana Rapid Recovery for Employers

In partnership with 180 Skills, the State of Indiana is making skills training resources available to Indiana employers.
This initiative will enable 100,000 Hoosiers to have access to the 180 Skills library of skills training courses.
The goal of Indiana Rapid Recovery is to help people acquire the skills necessary for employment, grow the skills they need to advance in their current job, and to help companies grow and retain skilled workers.
Indiana Rapid Recovery is free to all Indiana employers.
There are two steps to get your employees enrolled in the Indiana Rapid Recovery – 180 Skills courses
Step One
Complete the Indiana Employer Training Request form.
You will receive access to the entire 180 Skills course library (over 700 skills courses).
Each Indiana employer will get as many learner licenses as they need to start.
Step Two
Schedule an implementation meeting.
You will receive an email request to schedule a one hour implementation meeting.
In this meeting we will teach you about the 180 Skills course library and how to create users, learning pathways, and how to run reports on your learners.
